When you let us know at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled workshop time, we are happy to offer a 100% refund, or put it towards a different workshop. With 24 hours notice, we may be able to get someone else to fill your spot. If it is less than 24 hours ahead, we can save your ingredients for you to pick up within 2 days. Over the years we have found that beyond 2 days, nobody is happy. The quality degrades, the pieces get scattered, and you get mad at us. We don't want that, and you certainly don't want that!

As you can imagine, workshops are a bit like a custom-made cake. Once the cake is made, it has a limited time that it is in its prime.  And once the ingredients are in the mixing bowl, it's pretty hard to undo that. We typically put workshop ingredients "in the mixing bowl" up to 24 hours in advance.
